Then I went over to the window.  In the red light of the setting sun 
there stretched a large park with meadows and groups of big trees
and meadows again.

そうしておいて、窓の方へ行きました。夕陽の赤い光の中に、広い
牧草地と木々のある広い公園が見えます。その向こうにまた牧草地
が続いています。
