In no time the six tents were put up in a circle, and the
rest of the luggage stored in the big tent, which would serve
as living- and dining-room on rainy days. We had been
silently busy, everyone knowing exactly what to do next.
Only now I remembered Peter! Where was he ?

した．残りの荷物は大きな方のテントの中に保管しまし
たが、この大きなテントでは居間と日々の食堂を兼ねて
いました．私たちは黙々として多忙で、全員が、次に何
をすべきかという段取りを心得ていました．それで今に
